A Therapeutically Informed Online School Designed Around Every Learner

At Emerge Virtual School, we provide a therapeutically informed online education for children and young people aged 5–16 with Special Educational Needs, including ASD, ADHD, school-related anxiety, and SEMH. Our mission is to re-engage learners who may have experienced barriers to traditional schooling by offering a safe, flexible, and nurturing online environment where they can rebuild confidence, reconnect with learning, and rediscover the joy of education.

Every student receives a bespoke learning plan, carefully tailored to their individual strengths, interests, and needs. We provide each learner with a dedicated laptop equipped with all the necessary software, safeguarding, and accessibility features—so they can learn effectively and securely from the comfort of home.

Our virtual classrooms are intentionally small—no more than five students—creating warm, welcoming spaces where everyone’s abilities are valued and respected. Supported by our highly experienced teaching team and in-house clinical professionals, students also benefit from virtual therapeutic support, helping them explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and build resilience for the future.

Ultimately, we aim to help each young person find a clear and confident pathway back into education—whether that’s returning to school, progressing into further study, or preparing for employment or training.
